We highlighted "purlicue" in the logo design - a pair of hands in a medieval chef's cuff points out where"purlicue" is. In derivative designs such as menus, we also use the element of "hand", which is matched with a modern and concise board style, highlighting the brand's characteristics of integrating traditional and modern.
